Position: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am on a 2-2-3 schedule

What You Will Do:

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the production process to ensure products and packaging meet standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of raw materials and finished goods
• Analyze syrup, beverage, and water attributes
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders for proper operation
• Perform package quality inspections and audits, isolating non-conforming products
• Test CO2 and raw materials before production
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years as a lab technician
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to read, write, and record data
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Knowledge of lab safety and hazardous materials handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• Experience in the food/beverage industry
