If you're known for your sharp eye and love the feeling of a job well-checked, we've got just the role for you! We're seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Monroe, NC to join a fast-paced production team specializing in direct mail and print materials. This position plays a vital role in ensuring top-quality results across hundreds of projects each day!

Pay & Schedule:

• Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, Monday - Friday with overtime as needed


• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (90-day evaluation period)


• Pay Rate: Competitive pay offered-based on experience

What You'll Do:

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be responsible for reviewing, validating, and documenting client project outputs throughout the production process. From verifying job specs and print quality to tracking insertions and producing end-of-day reports, your contributions will ensure the integrity of each mailing job. You'll also set up initial job jackets (150-250 per day), identify variances, and support process improvement efforts while working within HIPAA and ISO 9001:2008 standards.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field


• Familiarity with direct mail, postal regulations, and ISO 9001 procedures


• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and stand for extended periods


• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and meet critical deadlines
