Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with Scott/Dakota County companies to hire Quality Assurance Technicians. You will improve and maintain test data, perform measurements, and communicate results during product releases. You will ensure product specifications are met and enforce SOPs on the production floor.

You will report to the QA Lead as a key member of the QA team, liaising with service and production to ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of industry experience preferred.
• 1+ year auditing experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience enforcing SOPs and product specifications.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer service and production to start and complete projects per federal regulations.
• Manage review of processes, labels, and QA approval of documentation control and deviations.
• Ensure staff follow GMP requirements.
• Create manual test cases, data, and scripts based on project objectives.
• Perform manual and automated testing, analyze results.
• Review end-user notes for accuracy of operations descriptions.
• Document defects clearly to prevent reproduction.
• Provide status and results throughout the facility.

Express Employment Professionals is teaming up with companies in Scott/Dakota County that are looking for Quality Assurance Technicians.You will be tasked with improving and maintaining test data, completing measurements, and communicating results and status during and after product suite release. You will be responsible for ensuring product specifications are met and enforcing company SOPs and policies on the production floor. As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you report directly to the QA Lead.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Liaise with customer service and production departments to ensure projects are started, executed, and finished according to federal regulations
• Manage point step process review, label and materials review, and QA approval of documentation control, line clearing, and process deviations
• Ensure all staff within the facility follow GMP requirements
• Create manual test cases, test data, and test scripts based on project objectives
• Perform manual and automated testing, analyzing, and recording related results
• Review end-user notes for accuracy of implemented operations descriptions
• Document defects with conciseness, accuracy, and details to ensure defects are not reproduced
• Provide requested status and results throughout the facility

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
• 1+ years of industry experience
• 1+ year of auditing experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience enforcing SOP and product specifications
• Proficiency with all MS Office Suite programs
• Expertise in Excel required
• Strong mathematics skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Superior communication skills
