Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance and/or Polyurethane Systems.
  • Strong background in manufacturing or related activities.
  • Proven organizational and communication skills.

Production, Maintenance & Technical Services

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you create chemistry by...
  • Supporting EHS activities and promoting safety processes within the facility.
  • Analyzing root causes of EHS and quality incidents to drive corrective actions.
  • Assisting operations with polyurethane production and providing troubleshooting support.
  • Monitoring plant goals and operational budgets to ensure efficient production.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to prioritize equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and participating in process optimization projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining the Quality Manual and related procedures.
  • Performing audits and managing documentation for testing and equipment calibration
  • Participating as a backup in the production department during staff absences, ensuring continuity in operations. Also, supporting the team in maintaining production efficiency.
  • Engaging in cross-training opportunities within operations, supply chain, and other plant functions; also, collaborating with various departments to enhance knowledge and skills across different operational areas.
If you have...
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a science related field (preferred).
  • Hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance and/or Polyurethane Systems.
  • Have a strong background in manufacturing or related activities.
  • Possess proven organizational and communication skills.
  • Have strong computer skills and a solid understanding of systems.
