The successful candidate will ensure the high-quality manufacturing of traffic control products. This is a temporary position.

DUTIES

1. Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet drawings, manufacturer specifications, and cosmetic criteria.
2. Segregate received materials and perform visual inspections.
3. Identify broken or missing components by comparing them to engineering drawings.
4. Pack, unpack, count, and verify the integrity of incoming materials, including shipping and receiving.
5. Create spreadsheets for various types of PCBs, including descriptions and serial numbers.
6. Learn to use D365 for internal system transactions.
7. Modify ISO documentation as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Technical knowledge or certification, preferably in electronics.
2. Periodic calibration and ESD testing of production tools.
3. Motivation to learn about different types of boards for physical inspection.
4. Attention to hardware details, such as missing screws or paint/dimensional failures.
5. Ability to handle metal parts and PCBs safely, considering ESD precautions.
6. Experience in quality roles within manufacturing is preferred.
7. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Physical ability to lift and handle objects up to 25 pounds.
11. Experience with ISO documentation is a plus.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT

All candidates will undergo background checks and drug screenings. For certain roles, a Motor Vehicle/Driving Record screening will also be required.

COMPENSATION
