Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Inspection Technician to perform visual and precision checks on materials and finished goods. You will verify conformance to drawings and quality specs, document results, and assist with calibrations and release of materials.

In this role you will also support audits, communicate findings to maintenance teams, and help uphold Amcor's safety and quality standards on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

  • Experience with visual and dimensional inspection methods.
  • Ability to read engineered drawings and quality specs.
  • Familiarity with electronic systems used on site.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects.
  • Perform product inspection and testing per procedures.
  • Document test results and release materials per QA records.

Technician must perform visual and precision dimensional inspections of products for surface defects, general workmanship, and dimensional tolerances according to specifications.
