IFF Health & Biosciences in Clackamas, OR is seeking a quality control professional responsible for reviewing documentation and releasing raw materials and finished product for production. You will collaborate with production and leadership to resolve discrepancies and support the quality control/assurance team on GMP-related activities.

The role requires FDA/cGMP familiarity, ability to read/write English, and the capacity to pass drug screening and background checks.

Formación

• A.S. degree in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry and 2 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably within quality control.
• B.S. degree in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry.
• 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality control.
• Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance is preferred.
• Ability to read and write, communicate in English, use basic shop math.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality oversight by verifying and reviewing production functions.
• Review documentation and analytical results for release of raw materials and finished product.
• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting and resolving out-of-specification processes.
• Assist leadership during investigations for non-conformances.
• Complete and verify documentation with accuracy.
