Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food production areas follow food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Understand production processes and calibration/testing (scales, pH meter, thermometers, etc.).
• Communicate non-conformances to supervisor/lead.
• Perform receiving procedures and pre-operational inspections.
• Conduct verification checks with labels, metal detector, and finished product specs.
• Support SQF and GMP compliance; perform equipment/environmental swabs.
