Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech in Omaha, NE to conduct food safety and QA audits across production lines. You will promptly notify management when critical limits are not met and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality and production issues.

Responsibilities include GMP adherence, CCP/PC verifications, sampling, and sensory evaluations. Requires 1–3 years QA experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA in a food manufacturing setting is preferred.
• 1–3 years Quality Assurance or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs and safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Monitor products for compliance to specifications (weight, packaging, ingredients).
• Perform CCP/PC verifications and record results.
• Inspect equipment for proper cleaning pre-operation and during operations.
• Pull samples for shelf life and sensory testing/evaluation.
• Conduct daily sensory evaluations of the product and icing/filling quality.
• Respond to foreign material or non-conformance incidents.
• Monitor GMP compliance among production, maintenance, and sanitation staff.
