Job summary

Good Foods Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I to perform daily quality checks on production lines and verify finished product quality to Good Food specifications. The role requires attention to detail, basic chemistry testing, and documentation responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 months QA experience, a GED or high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of experience in Quality Assurance.
• HACCP certification preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate with all levels in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality control checks of production and document results.
• Conduct chemical analyses (pH, moisture, Brix, viscosity) of products.
• Verify CCP and GMP compliance and maintain lab records.
• Ensure label accuracy and product attribute conformance.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances with supervisor.
