Nokian Tyres is seeking a Quality Technician (2nd Shift) to act as the primary QA floor contact in Dayton, TN. You will ensure conformance with quality standards across all production areas and help eliminate waste while diagnosing root causes and documenting results.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in a related field, plus Lean and Oracle experience. This full-time, on-site role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a related field with Lean principles experience.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality floor contact for QA.
• Ensure procedures and product conformance meet customer standards.
• Eliminate waste across mixing, components and finishing areas.
• Diagnose root causes of waste using established methods.
• Prepare reports for supervisor and factory personnel.
• Create learning materials with quality engineers for operators.
