This would include startups, changeovers, line clearance, PM’s and in-processing during the shift.* Follow GMP requirements and ensure that GMP type issues do not affect the integrity of the product produced.* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Able to read and interpret prints for measurements and specifications.* Communication with supervisor, shift personnel and management staff.* Create and maintain documentation as required by procedures and work instructions, ensuring paperwork is completed correctly and filed.* Visually Inspect/audit product to determine that visual defect requirements are met. Understanding of the Visual Quality Standards for all products being manufactured.* Understand sample size and frequency for testing.
