Performs activities in accordance with the quality plan and applicable quality, manufacturing, and safety procedures. Reports unusually high percent of defective parts. Performs in process audits to visual standards. Determines product conformance. If non-conforming, identifies inspection status and reviews prior production. Ensures conformance to molding line clearance and order packet information. Assists operators in training and development in areas of quality and decision-making. Maintains a neat and orderly work area, keeping walkways and aisles clear. Performs general housekeeping duties such as sweeping and trash removal.
