Systems Technology Forum seeks a QA specialist in the United States (San Diego, CA) to support NIWC PAC FRD FIO QA activities. A Secret clearance is required to perform the role, which centers on implementing and maintaining the AMQAP per NAVSEA standards.

You will submit CARs, assist in space walkthroughs, and develop trouble reports, working with shipboard installation drawings and MIL-SPEC references. Travel is not required; telework is not supported.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in QA and government/military environments.
• Knowledge of AMQAP and related QA processes.
• Familiarity with NAVSEA 9090-310 series and MIL-SPECs.

Mansioni

Job Summary

ProvidesNIWC PAC FRD FIO QA support.

Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assists the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP) in compliance with NAVSEA TS9090-310 and the Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH). Submits Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and other documentation as required by the Government QA. Assists in the completion of space walkthroughs/closeouts. Develops and submits trouble reports, as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have one to three (1-3) years of experience. Must have knowledge of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP). Must have knowledge of NAVSEA Technical Specification (TS) 9090-310 series. Must have knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and general Military Specifications (MILSPECS). Must have knowledge of NAVSEA TEMPEST Regulations. Must have knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001. Must have knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Item (SI) 009-04. Must be skilled in understanding and interpretation of shipboard installation design drawings.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $80,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
