Job summary

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) seeks a QA professional to support NIWC PAC FRD FIO QA programs, ensuring compliance with NAVSEA standards. This role does not support telework and requires no travel.

The successful candidate will assist in developing and maintaining the AMQAP, submit CARs, and help document space walkthroughs and trouble reports. A high school diploma is required with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP).
Knowledge of NAVSEA TS9090-310 series.
Knowledge of NAVSEA MIL-SPECs.
Knowledge of NAVSEA TEMPEST Regulations.
Knowledge of ISO 9001.
Knowledge of NAVSEA SI 009-04.
Ability to read and interpret shipboard installation drawings.

Responsibilities

Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of AMQAP in compliance with NAVSEA TS9090-310 and SIPH.
Submit CARs and other required QA documentation to Government QA.
Assist in space walkthroughs/closeouts.
Develop and submit trouble reports as required.

Job Summary

ProvidesNIWC PAC FRD FIO QA support.

Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assists the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP) in compliance with NAVSEA TS9090-310 and the Shore Installation Process Handbook (SIPH). Submits Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and other documentation as required by the Government QA. Assists in the completion of space walkthroughs/closeouts. Develops and submits trouble reports, as required.

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have one to three (1-3) years of experience. Must have knowledge of the Alteration Installation Manager's (AITM) Quality Assurance Program (AMQAP). Must have knowledge of NAVSEA Technical Specification (TS) 9090-310 series. Must have knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and general Military Specifications (MILSPECS). Must have knowledge of NAVSEA TEMPEST Regulations. Must have knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001. Must have knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Item (SI) 009-04. Must be skilled in understanding and interpretation of shipboard installation design drawings.

The minimum salary starts at $80,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
