Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college degree in related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of QA/product safety experience in supermarket or supplier/processing industries.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier audit/certification documents and product safety practices.
• Review supplier and product performance; conduct trend analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Resolve consumer/member complaints in coordination with suppliers and product management.
• Develop new suppliers and maintain supplier information; support program execution improvements.
• Perform onsite supplier reviews and prepare technical reports on plant/product assessments.
• Assist in recalls or market withdrawals and ensure corrective actions are completed.
