Acloché LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the first shift at a confidential beverage manufacturer in the Silver Spring area, MD. The role will lead QA staff on the production floor and in the lab to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.

You will coach team members, review lab results, support audits, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners. Strong background in lab testing, sanitation, and beverage processes is required, with readiness for

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in biology, chemistry, food science or health sciences.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in QA/manufacturing.
• Manufacturing experience and knowledge of food industry practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead QA personnel, organize daily activities, and set expectations for quality, safety and performance.
• Develop team members through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Partner with Production and other departments to resolve quality concerns and support food safety practices.
• Oversee quality management programs, including documentation, training and internal audits.
• Maintain compliance with product specifications, regulatory requirements, customer expectations and certification standards.
• Review laboratory data for accuracy and identify trends needing corrective action.
