Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Staff Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality of services provided by PCO staff. The role involves ensuring all components of the Client’s service plan are executed effectively through employee and family engagement. The Supervisor acts as a liaison between staff, clients, families, and management, ensuring the company's mission is upheld.

Program Delivery Responsibilities:

• Review Service Plans and Assessments received by QA.
• Make monthly contact with guardians via telephone.
• Conduct monthly family engagement sessions with workers and clients.
• Educate families about the service plan to keep them informed.
• Report findings and concerns to the Program Director.
• Conduct initial assessments for new referrals.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Assess staff engagement practices of Mentors and Parent Coaches.
• Maintain monthly contact with each family on caseload (25-30 families).
• Ensure accurate documentation of QA calls and family sessions.
• Report concerns immediately to the Program Director.
• Participate in monthly meetings with QA staff supervisors.
• Identify trends in staff engagement and feedback from families.
• Provide recommendations and present to the Program Director.
• Shadow staff during home visits or outings as assigned.
• Assist in creating and implementing a Plan of Action.
• Ensure bi-weekly contact with referring agencies.
• Report important dates (e.g., court hearings, FAPT, ICC).
• Ensure completion of FAPT reports by staff.
• Review and revise monthly reports.
• Follow directives from the Program Director or CEO.
