Position Summary: The Staff Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality of services provided by each PCO staff member. They will utilize employee and family engagement strategies to ensure all components of the Client’s service plan are executed effectively. The Staff Supervisor will act as a liaison between staff, clients, families, and the PCO management team, ensuring alignment with the Company’s mission.

Program Delivery

• Review Service Plans and Assessments received by QA
• Make one monthly contact with the guardian via telephone
• Conduct one family engagement session with the Worker and Client per month
• Educate families about the service plan to keep them informed of service delivery
• Report all findings and concerns to the Program Director
• Conduct initial assessments for new referrals

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Assess staff engagement practices of Mentors and Parent Coaches
• Maintain monthly contact with each family on caseload (25-30 families)
• Oversee families on caseload and ensure accurate documentation of QA calls and engagement sessions
• Report concerns immediately to the Program Director
• Participate in monthly meetings with other QA staff supervisors
• Identify trends in staff engagement and feedback from families
• Provide recommendations and present them to the Program Director
• Shadow staff during home visits or outings as assigned
• Assist in creating and implementing a Plan of Action
• Ensure bi-weekly contact with referring agencies
• Report important dates (FAPT, ICC, FPM, court hearings, etc.) to the Program Director or Office Administration
• Ensure FAPT reports are completed by staff
• Review monthly reports and submit revisions as needed
• Follow directives from the Program Director or CEO
