Job summary

Seneca Family of Agencies in Sacramento, CA is seeking a QA Specialist to ensure regulatory and accreditation standards across assigned programs. You will compile, update, and organize client documentation in collaboration with program staff and centralized teams to maintain compliance and high standards of care.

This full‑time, hybrid role involves maintaining HIPAA compliant records, coordinating audits, preparing compliance reports for leadership, and serving as a resource on standards for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with data entry and document coordination.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client records in compliance with HIPAA and licensing requirements.
• Monitor and track required documentation per program, county, and state guidelines.
• Communicate with treatment teams regarding corrections or changes on documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Distribute Incident Reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare charts for audits and accreditation surveys.
• Conduct regular internal audits of client records for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a resource for program staff on compliance standards.
