Hanson Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to advance the Corporate Quality Assurance Program (CQAP) and ensure compliance with QMS across projects.

The role collaborates with project teams and leadership to promote a culture of quality and operational excellence. The position supports audits, training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization, reporting to the CQAO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant QA experience.
• Experience with QA management systems, audits, and quality compliance.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CQAP and QMS implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate quality reviews, audits, and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining quality program documents and processes.
• Support staff understanding CQAP requirements across projects.
