Job summary

Sonance is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join its Operations team at the Fontana warehouse. You will perform detailed inspections of SONANCE and IPORT products, document results, and support MRB and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities include incoming QC inspections, RMA and rework testing, NCR generation, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Quality to ensure traceability and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Prior QA/operations experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications.
• Familiarity with inspection best practices and tools.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Incoming QC inspections on SONANCE and IPORT products.
• RMA inspections and NCR documentation.
• Rework inspections and testing for returns and rework items.
• MRB support and quarantine of nonconforming materials.
• Prepare inspection reports and contribute to process improvements.
