Job summary

Total Maintenance Management seeks a detail-focused QA support specialist for a Class A office campus environment. You will conduct detailed inspections to ensure white-glove service standards, document findings, and support tenant satisfaction through proactive communication and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities include daily inspection of offices and common areas, compiling reports, and collaborating with site leadership to address issues and improve service quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic payroll reporting knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular and detailed inspections of offices and common areas.
• Documents findings in QA platform and escalates issues as needed.
• Serves as a liaison for tenant-facing service concerns.
• Prepares and distributes daily or routine quality reports and logs.
