Robatel Technologies, LLC. in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to own the day-to-day quality program within a regulated environment. You’ll bring a strong QA foundation; NQA-1 experience is a plus, otherwise training will be provided.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and safety across fabrication and audits. You’ll support and run the NQA-1 program, prepare and review documents, manage nonconformances, and contribute to supplier quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years quality (QA/QC) experience in a highly regulated industry (nuclear not required).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, science, or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and apply NQA-1 in our environment.

Responsabilités

• Support and help run Robatel's NQA-1 quality program day to day alongside our Quality Assurance Manager.
• Prepare, review, and control quality documentation, records, and procedures.
• Conduct and support inspections and verification activities during fabrication.
• Manage nonconformances, corrective actions, and root-cause follow-up to closure.
• Plan and support internal and external audits and supplier quality activities.
• Build and apply expert knowledge of NQA-1 across our products and processes.
