National Carwash Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist (Manufacturing) for its De Pere, WI facility. The role focuses on in-process and finished product testing to uphold quality standards across our chemical products.

The position requires a science-related bachelor’s degree and the ability to work overtime as needed. The successful candidate will maintain lab equipment, audit production, inspect materials, and support cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Location: This position is on-site in De Pere, Wisconsin

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you are responsible for in-process and finished product testing to ensure product quality is being maintained.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and use laboratory equipment to test materials and finished good to ensure it falls within quality standards of the business unit. Including viscometers, pH meters, titrations, refractometers, and balances
• Audit the work of production employees to ensure that they are following mixing specifications
• Inspect incoming raw materials when required to assure it meets company requirements
• Aid manufacturing personnel regarding quality problems. This may include working with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, or other involved departments
• Inspect all finished products prior to shipment to ensure compliance to company specifications and procedures
• Maintain records related to all aspects of quality operations
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science related field
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record
• Comply with company rules, policies, and decisions
• Perform the responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory level of efficiency
• Required to regularly use a Personal Computer (P.C.)
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
• Preferred: Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing firm

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift medium weight up to 75 lbs
• May stand for prolonged periods of time
• May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
