Job summary

The position requires a science-related bachelor’s degree and the ability to work overtime as needed. The successful candidate will maintain lab equipment, audit production, inspect materials, and support cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record and comply with company rules.
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and finished product testing to ensure quality.
• Maintain lab equipment (viscometers, pH meters, titrations, refractometers, balances) and record results.
• Audit production work for adherence to mixing specifications and inspect incoming materials.
• Advise manufacturing and related teams on quality issues and ensure finished products meet specs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local laws and safety policies.
