Qualifications

• Detail-oriented audit of client files and documents
• Ability to identify errors, omissions, and process gaps
• Experience with case management or practice management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Audit client matters, documents, and workflows across offices to catch errors
• Track trends and report quality issues to leadership
• Help train new team members on quality standards
• Participate in process-improvement projects and maintain QC logs
