Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the Senior Quality Manager with GxP compliance, training, audits, document control, and continuous quality improvements in our Memphis operation.

This role helps ensure regulatory adherence, supports customer audits, maintains training records, and promotes a strong culture of quality throughout the facility. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with pay at $24.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a regulated environment; pharmaceutical, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain ops preferred.
• Working knowledge of quality systems, GxP requirements, GDP, compliance processes, and audit support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail with data entry, training records, documentation management, and compliance tracking.
• Excellent communication to interact with associates, management, customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the site quality program with GxP compliance activities, regulatory requirements, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate and maintain employee training programs, including new hire orientation and recurrent training.
• Ensure training matrices are accurate and track deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Perform audits and inspections; support client order and shipment audits; promote GDP throughout the facility.
• Assist with CAPA activities including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records, temperature monitoring reports, and equipment documents.
• Provide quality guidance to site leadership and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
