The Quality Assurance Specialist helps ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date across Canyon Ranch systems. This role reviews records, transactions, and guest interactions; researches and corrects errors; and identifies trends that can improve quality, training, and business processes.
Quality Review: Audit records, transactions, conversations, and system information for accuracy and compliance with Canyon Ranch standards.
Issue Resolution: Research missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and make necessary corrections in the appropriate systems.
Reporting and Improvement: Track recurring errors, prepare quality reports, and share findings with leadership to support coaching, training, and process improvements.
Systems Support: Maintain accurate guest-related information, including reservations, itineraries, profiles, contacts, leads, and confirmations within PMS and CRM systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable learning new systems, and skilled at investigating and resolving problems. Three to five years of experience in the same or a related field is required.
