Job summary

Canyon Ranch, a leader in integrative wellness and hospitality, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure data accuracy across all guest and reservation systems. You will audit records, correct discrepancies, and generate insights to improve training and processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical mindset, and collaboration with leadership. Location is onsite in Tucson, with a full-time, non-exempt schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to type a minimum of 40 w.p.m.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays shifts.

Responsibilities

• Quality Review: Audit records, transactions, and system information for accuracy and compliance with Canyon Ranch standards.
• Issue Resolution: Research missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and correct in the appropriate systems.
• Reporting and Improvement: Track recurring errors, prepare quality reports, and share findings with leadership to support coaching and process improvements.
• Systems Support: Maintain accurate guest-related information across reservations, itineraries, profiles, contacts, leads, and confirmations in PMS and CRM systems.
