Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficient in Excel; data analysis and charts.
• Knowledge of SPC and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with strong record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an effective group of Quality personnel across assigned areas.
• Participates in meetings with Production, Test and Management to resolve issues.
• Uses quality acceptance criteria and seeks guidance when needed.
• Suggests improvements to product quality and process performance.
• Collaborates with engineering to implement design improvements.
• Keeps employee records up to date and contributes to training records.
• Maintains ethical standards and adheres to Armtec policies.
• Reads drawings and specifications to translate customer requirements into SOPs and work orders.
• Occasionally travels to other Armtec facilities, vendors and contractors.
