Key tasks include workstation and printer support, EHR system assistance, and collaboration on the organization’s data and evaluation strategy, with a strong emphasis on timely, accurate reporting and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level not required; minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with data collection and analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains workstation hardware and upgrades within set time frames.
• Maintains printers and coordinates with vendors for repairs/replacements.
• Provides responsive end-user support via email, phone, and in-person.
• Supports electronic health record system components.
• Collaborates with CIO and Director of Quality on data/evaluation strategy.
• Promotes and audits data quality and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
