$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Roth Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with Audits & Compliance experience for our client in Portage, MI. This role offers the opportunity to work for a global leader in life-saving medical devices with a strong corporate culture and competitive pay.

Job Description:

  • Implement quality standards, ensure compliance, and support the Product Field Action team throughout all process stages.
  • Assess potential risks, ensure compliance, and provide recommendations.
  • Manage all quality control aspects, including intake, documentation, destruction, and communication with internal and external customers.
  • Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections; coordinate quality training sessions.
  • This is an individual contributor role requiring professional judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A university degree or extensive practical experience is typically required.
  • Apply procedures and concepts within your discipline, using judgment based on experience.
