Main Responsibilities

• iOS & Android focus: Ensure software quality for mobile apps by preparing and executing structured test cases.
• Bug Tracking & Escalations: Investigate escalated issues and perform root cause analysis, recreate customer scenarios and collaborate with the development team to resolve problems.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively refine testing strategies in close cooperation with developers, ensuring a seamless software engineering process.
• Quality Advocacy: Communicate findings effectively and suggest process improvements, champion the importance of quality across the organization.

Core Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years in a QA role, with proven involvement in mobile apps testing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Ownership & Autonomy: Ability to work independently in a dynamic team setting, self-motivated to learn and excel.
• Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of business requirements, the Mobile Software Test Life Cycle, and fundamental software engineering concepts.
• Mindset: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering top-notch results.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Experience using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools is a plus.
• QA Certificates or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
• Some development experience is a plus.
