Job summary

Meridian Title Corporation in Indiana is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to verify search packages, ensure accurate title products, and review CPLs and invoices across our 40+ offices.

You will check chain of title, legal descriptions, mortgages, liens, and taxes, then assemble the title product package for delivery to clients, ensuring error-free closings and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of title experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the real estate and/or title industry strongly preferred.

• Review closing protection letters (CPL) for correct lender information based on partner notes or order notes.

• Check for clerical/typographical errors in title products.
• Combine all prepared documents with title commitment into a title product package and deliver product.

We currently have an opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist, who can work from any one of our 40+ offices.
