Key Responsibilities:

• Support and train underperforming process servers based on key metrics.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Communicate expectations and resolve blockers.
• Review reports, engage with disengaged servers, and hold servers accountable.
• Coordinate with leadership and recruiting teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in training or coaching.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze and recommend process improvements.
