Equisoft Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to review specifications, design clear test plans, execute test cases, and report results. You will isolate defects, verify fixes, and liaise with development, PM, and customers to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Work in an Agile environment with a team of developers, architects, and project managers; own quality assurance at every delivery stage. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience.
• In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with/in: Leading a team of quality assurance specialists, Life Insurance and Annuity Business processes, Relational databases and SQL, Participating in the full lifecycle of a project, and Working in an Agile environment.
• The employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Liaison with development, project management, and customer on quality and project scope and deliverables. Identify any potential quality issues by defined process and communicate through appropriate channels. Participate in key ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate in an Agile environment along with a dynamic team composed of software developers, architects, and project managers. Own quality assurance at every stage of the delivery process.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience.
