The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of QA experience, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and the ability to analyze metrics and coach staff to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance, auditing, or related experience (non-warehouse environment).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10.
• Experience evaluating performance metrics, scorecards, or quality standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance evaluations using Microsoft Forms and other quality monitoring tools.
• Monitor interactions and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Track, analyze, and report quality metrics while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and service quality.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with management and training teams.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Quality, Operations, and Training Teams.
