Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse QA associate in our Mesa, AZ area to identify miss-shipments, review RGAs, and support inventory controls. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate cycle counts and inventory records.

The role requires strong numerical reporting skills, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and the ability to communicate resolutions clearly. Epicor Eclipse and Solar experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, especially with numerical figures and reporting.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to distinguish minor yet meaningful differences between part numbers/descriptions.
• Able to solve problems and communicate resolutions promptly.
• Experience with Epicor Eclipse and Solar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, analyze, and process miss-shipments, lost-in-transit items, and issues; communicate results and corrective actions.
• Review and process customer RGAs daily; report errors as needed.
• Perform warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis, cycle counting, and inventory slotting.
• Assist in identifying inventory and warehouse errors; work with QA and warehouse teams to resolve.
• Record, track, and report UETs with QA Supervisor.
• Assist in month-end close queues and annual physical inventory reconciliation.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do:

• Identify, investigate, analyze, and process all miss‑shipped, lost in transit, and item issues. Communicate results and corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner.
• Review and process customer RGAs on a daily basis, report errors as needed.
• Perform a variety of warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis and resolution, cycle counting, adjustment verification, and inventory slotting.
• Assist in identifying errors and root causes of inventory and warehouse errors. Work with the Quality Assurance team and various warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory errors.
• Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor to record, track, and report UETs.
• Assist in closing out queues for month end close.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual physical inventory.
• Other duties, as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

• Detail‑oriented, especially concerning numerical figures and reporting.
• Basic mathematic skills including subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers/descriptions.
• Ability to solve problems and communicate resolutions in a timely and consistent manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Electrical industry product knowledge is preferred.
• Experience using Epicor Eclipse and Solar is preferred.
