Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing. In this role, you will ensure the quality of our applications across mobile and web platforms, working closely with engineering, product, and customer support teams to maintain the highest standards of performance and reliability.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks (Selenium, or similar).
• Perform end-to-end, regression, and performance testing across API, UI, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers in Agile/Scrum teams to identify test scenarios early.
• Proactively identify, record, and document bugs, and work with teams to resolve them.
• Build and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards during testing.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and contribute to overall product quality.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in QA or Software Testing.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium,JUnit and Postman).
• Solid understanding of API testing, RESTful services, and integration testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Fintech or Payroll systems is a plus.
