Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10–12 years of relevant experience, with preference for current Maximus CCO experience.
Maximus is looking for a remote Quality Assurance (QA) Director to lead enterprise-wide quality initiatives. This senior leader will drive strategic quality management, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and performance excellence across multiple projects and programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required- 10-12 years relevant professional experience.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree with 4 years of experience.
Current Maximus CCO experience is highly preferred.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.
Home office requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet service
Minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds
