Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to optimize and scale its financial systems, aligning configurations with GAAP and internal controls.

You will lead NetSuite configuration, integrations with third‑party systems, and automation efforts while partnering with accounting and operations leadership to deliver scalable, well-documented processes and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of NetSuite experience in consulting, implementation, or in-house roles.
• Deep understanding of general ledger, AP, banking, procurement, and close processes.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third‑party finance and operations systems.
• Hands‑on with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and scripting/customization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong documentation, training, and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Experience in high‑growth or multi‑entity environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite modules across accounting, AP, banking, and procurement.

• Automate manual processes using workflows, scripts, and saved searches for accuracy and efficiency.
• Document configurations, processes, and SOPs to support controls and consistency.

• Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and support month‑end/year‑end closes.
• Collaborate with accounting leadership to design scalable finance processes.

Our client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support, optimize, and scale its financial systems environment. This individual will lead NetSuite configuration, integration, and automation efforts while partnering closely with accounting and operations leadership to build efficient, controlled, and scalable processes aligned with GAAP and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite modules across accounting, accounts payable, banking, and procurement.
• Lead integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, including banking platforms, AP automation tools, expense management systems, payroll providers, and other finance applications.
• Automate manual processes using workflows, scripts, and saved searches to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting reliability.
• Document system configurations, business processes, and standard operating procedures to support strong controls and consistent system usage.
• Train finance and operations team members on NetSuite functionality, enhancements, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements, and provide support during month-end and year-end close activities.
• Partner with accounting leadership to design scalable finance processes that support compliance, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience working with NetSuite in a consulting, implementation, or in‑house systems role.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, banking, procurement, and close processes.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with third‑party finance and operational systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and scripting/customization tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Strong documentation, training, communication, and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting high‑growth, complex, or multi‑entity environments is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience in a technology, SaaS, data, aerospace, or similarly complex operating environment.
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks, audit support, and GAAP‑aligned process design.
• Prior experience supporting finance organizations that require scalable systems and clean integration across multiple platforms.
