Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to identify quality issues, implement reporting to track quality improvements, and drive high-value quality projects to completion. The role is onsite in Minnesota and involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure product quality.

You will conduct quality audits, support NPI and engineering changes, and promote ongoing quality initiatives while traveling to customer and supplier sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and work orders.
• Proficient in statistical tools and performance measurement.
• Experience with LEAN Six Sigma, CQE and ISO 9000 Auditing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manages quality assurance programs to identify critical control points and preventive measures, establishes critical limits, monitors procedures, and implements corrective actions.
• Contributes data, reports and trend analyses to strategic plans for system improvements and corrective actions.
• Leads internal and external corrective action activity related to CAPAs.
• Validates quality process specs and attributes, measures production, and reviews non-conforming logs.
• Interacts with Production, Engineering and Development to ensure product quality and supports new product introductions (NPI).
• Promotes company-wide quality improvement efforts and liaises with external parties on product quality.
