Job summary

Tetra Pak in Vancouver, WA is offering a Manufacturing Process Improvement Intern role as part of the 2027 Internship Program. You will gain hands-on experience in quality systems, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes while supporting audits and data analysis.

The internship runs May 31, 2027 to April 28, 2028, is full-time through mid-August, then part-time up to 20 hours/week, and includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and training material development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field with summer availability.
• Interest in quality systems and continuous improvement within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with data analysis, audits, and cross-functional teamwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal and process audits to support quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and projects to enhance performance.
• Support implementation of improvement initiatives and small projects.
• Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in investigating deviations and quality concerns.
• Contribute to developing and documenting new standard operating procedures.
• Create training materials and visuals to support improvements.
• Support delivery of training sessions and awareness initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and ensure sustainability.
• Collaborate with QA Technicians and cross-functional teams.
