Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate nursing performance through audits and data collection.
• Analyze resident care data and external Quality Measures to identify trends and inform teaching plans with Education.
• Investigate self-reports to the State, nursing complaints and adverse events for compliance.
• Collaborate with health care teams to establish best practices and design staff training.
• Develop and review resident care policies to align with quality standards and monitor compliance.
• Prepare and present reports on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to review QAPI opportunities.
