Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with substantial related experience.
• Minimum four years of managerial experience in QA/ purchasing.
• Certification in quality management (CQM/CQA/CQE) or CSSBB highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Quality Assurance and Methods Engineering activities.
• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System and ISO activities.
• Serve as Management Representative and Lead Auditor for locations.
• Develop and improve QA approaches to boost quality and productivity.
• Direct supplier quality initiatives and performance measurements.
• Plan and manage resources, budgets, and staffing.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for staff.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics to hit goals.
