Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains ISO 9001 quality system and quality objectives.
• Oversees investigation of customer complaints and CAPA.
• Leads QA team across multiple shifts and trainings.
• Communicates findings to manufacturing leadership and R&D.
• Ensures conformity of materials and final products to quality standards.
