W3Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QMS at our OEM facility in Mississippi, ensuring products meet ISO standards and customer expectations. You will drive quality strategies, manage QA staff, and partner with auditors and customers on compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in APQP-style quality systems, AS9100/ISO auditing, and technical writing, with a preference for a bachelor's degree. Competitive compensation is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality control in APQP-style systems.
• 4+ years of AS9100/ISO auditing experience.
• 4+ years of technical and procedure development writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate with relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site QMS to ensure ISO alignment and strong process control.
• Oversee internal audit program, analyze results, and drive corrective actions.
• Train and develop internal auditors to ensure audit consistency and effectiveness.
• Represent the facility during ISO, third-party, and customer audits.
• Maintain and control QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
• Collaborate with operations, plant leadership, and support departments.
• Oversee Supplier Quality activities and plant QA personnel.
