You will translate customer goals into clear procedures, train staff, monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines, and inspect final output to guarantee quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Gaining understanding of customer's needs and requirements, and communicating requirements and quality standards to the employees
• Devising ways to improve processes
• Improving and reviewing new specifications and procedures for processes. Training employees as necessary.
• Supervising staff members and providing guidance
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations, including health and safety guidelines
• Overseeing procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspecting final output and ensuring it meets customer requirements and quality standards set by company
