You will translate customer goals into clear procedures, train staff, monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines, and inspect final output to guarantee quality and service excellence.

Position Overview

Seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated Quality Control Manager to ensure all operations and procedures run smoothly and meet standards for output efficiency and quality, ensuring satisfaction of our customer. Quality Control Manager understands customer goals and procedures to be followed to meet those goals then communicates the procedures to employees before verifying the results meet the standards set forth by the customer. Candidate has an understanding of customer service and performance expectations and works to ensure job is completed meeting company's high standards for quality and service.

Physical Abilities

• Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly
• Must be able to climb ladders repetitively
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting.
• Ability to complete tasks such as loading, un-loading, cleaning, shoveling, and painting.
• Ability to safely perform duties related to confined space work.
